I’m starting this blog with the help of Connie Ragen Green’s 30 Day Challenge. It couldn’t have happened in a more timely manner! In case you’re not aware of her challenge, just go here >>
I installed this blog a couple of weeks ago and have been meaning to get it going. While I have other blogs, this one is going to be my favorite for many reasons. First, and most importantly, I will make it a part of my daily routine to post to it and respond to comments. Second, I will be myself… meaning this will be my personal blog through which I will share my knowledge and life stories. Third, this is a way to continue to “pay it forward” by helping others.
I will be offering tutorials on using WordPress to build your blog or website and tips and strategies to get noticed! You’ll also learn about…
- building traffic
- ecommerce
- opt in strategies
- promoting your site
- building squeeze pages
- and thank you pages that work
- choosing and installing wordpress plugins
- understanding and implementing SEO strategies
- creating consistent and quality content
- AND you’ll get answers to your questions
- plus much more
So for those in the challenge and those that stumbled on this blog, I welcome you and look forward to getting to know you!
Thanks for stopping by!

Thanks for connecting to me through Connie’s challenge. I followed your blog on Networked Blogs as well. Would be honored if you’d become a fan of Win Your Local Market on FB as well!
I loaded your blog into my Google reader so I can keep track of your progress. Best of luck!
Yep! I became a fan. Thanks for the invite.
Hi Deb,
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment. I, too, am in Connie’s 30-day challenge My main online business is http://www.businesstrainingteam.com, but I’m trying to build a more personal “home” on the net and I’m having so much fun doing it. I met Connie in Las Vegas in January and then again in Los Angeles last month. I’ve met so many wonderful new friends, and it’s a blast getting to know some of you. Thanks again! I went to Networked Blogs and followed you.
See you tomorrow!
Jeanne
Hi Jeanne,
It was my pleasure. I enjoyed your post.
I’m also wanting to be more personal on the web and am having fun doing it. I’ve been in social networking for a while but don’t have a lot of time for it. I’m “all business” most of the time, glued to my computer working. This blog challenge came at the perfect time though. Things have slowed a bit and I’m taking advantage of it as much as possible. I know my clients, one in particular, will bombard me again very soon, so I hope I can make it through the 30 days!
Great to get a chance to get to know you!
Deb
